Design 55 Waugh's curved façade is accented by ribbons of glass that reflect the natural beauty of the Buffalo Bayou. The tenth, eleventh, and twelfth floors are terraced with private balconies. These balconies and all the windows facing the Bayou offer spectacular views of the downtown Houston skyline, Greenway Plaza, and the Galleria.
On the north side of the building, levels one through seven form an impressive portal with the adjacent garage. Levels three through seven have private balconies overlooking the driveway. Visitors can be dropped off in this covered area or park in the garage.

Building Amenities To give tenants the full benefit of the jogging, walking and bicycling trails along Buffalo Bayou, a complete fitness center and men's and women's locker rooms with private showers are located on the first floor.
In addition, the Midtown Deli is located on the 5th floor and provides a variety of choices for both breakfast and lunch, served fresh and hot daily. The hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm.
The adjoining garage offers protected building entrances on both the ground level and the eighth floor. Those entrances are protected by access system and twenty-four hour security at a desk with monitors in the main lobby.
Prosperity Bank is conveniently located in the building's lobby, offering full service personal and business banking for our tenants and the general public. An ATM machine is available 24 hours for withdrawals. The Bank's hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
